The following is a list of supplies and resources
students will need to participate in the various band programs.
Beginning Band
- Standard of Excellence Bk. 1 (All students).
- Elementary Rubank.
- Drums: Vic Firth Bk. 1.
- Music Stand.
- Maintenance Kit.
- Trumpets and Trombones: valve/slide oil, polishing cloth.
- Clarinets and Saxophones: five reeds-Vandoren 2 1/2 strength, reed guard.
- Percusssion: 2 pairs of 2B drum sticks, medium timpani mallets, and stick bag.
Concert Band
- Standard of Excellence Bk. 2 (All students).
- Intermediate Rubank.
- Drums: Vic Firth Bk. 2.
- Trumpets and Trombones: valve/slide oil, polishing cloth.
- Clarinets and Saxophones: five reeds-Vandoren 3 strength, reed guard.
- Percusssion: 2 pairs of 2B drum sticks, medium timpani mallets, hard plastic mallets and a stick bag.
Symphonic Band
- Standard of Excellence Bk. 3 (All students).
- Advanced Rubank, Vol. I.
- Drums: Vic Firth Advance Method.
- Trumpets and Trombones: valve/slide oil, polishing cloth.
- Clarinets and Saxophones: five reeds-Vandoren 3 strength, reed guard.
- Percusssion: 2 pairs of 2B drum sticks, medium timpani mallets, hard plastic mallets and a stick bag.
